The Epidemic

The Epidemic’s much anticipated debut, “Quarantine Days”, is also our own first release since Robot Monster’s inception. We would be hard pressed to find a more suitable initial release. Quarantine Days spans the gamut of punk, rock, horror and mayhem.
Eloquent lyrics and an edge tempered by well planned compositions give The Epidemic’s sound a full character that is the antithesis of their stark libretto.
The Epidemic clearly show that this genre has matured into something far greater than the camp of its predecessors.
Jan. 12 2008: Quarantine Days is Editors Pick on Punknews.org
“Aiben: I’ll be honest, I’ve got quite a soft spot for the oft maligned but usually fun genre of “horror punk.” Between the twisted Grease-inspired outfits, gory lyrics and classic rock and roll base, there isn’t much to find fault with in The Epidemic. The band just released the very tight, very fast Quarantine Days on Robot Monster and fans of everyone from Chuck Berry to The Independents will find something great here.”
